Details
Set this attribute to the event ID of any trigger event generator to wait for that event. When set, the SMU will wait
for the event at the source event detector portion of the trigger model. To bypass waiting for an event, set this
attribute's value to 0. Set eventID to one of the existing trigger event IDs shown in the following table.
