This function disables calibration functions that can change calibration settings. The calibration constants must
be written to nonvolatile memory, or a previous calibration set must be restored prior to locking calibration. Error
number 5012 will result if this function is called when the calibration state is smuX.CALSTATE_CALIBRATING.
