ip unnumbered loopback
To enable IP processing on an interface without assigning an explicit IP address to the interface, use the
ip unnumbered loopback command. To restore the system to its default condition, use the no form of
this command.

Usage Guidelines
This command is not effective until you configure the specified loopback with an IP address.
This command does not require an MPLS Services license.
Examples
This example shows how to configure an interface as an unnumbered loopback:

switch(config-if-te)# ip unnumbered loopback 0
switch(config-if-te)#
