To configure the send lifetime of a key, use the send-lifetime command. To return to the default setting,
use the no form of this command.

Usage Guidelines
If the no accept-lifetime value is defined, the associated receive password is valid for authenticating
incoming TCP segments.
This command requires the MPLS Services license.
Examples
This example shows how to configure the send lifetime of a key:
switch# configure terminal
switch(config)# key chain keychain1
switch(config-keychain)# key 10
switch(config-keychain-key)# send-lifetime 10:00:00 Jan 13 2010 10:00:00 Jun 13 2010

send-lifetime {start-time | local start-time} {duration seconds | end-time | infinite}
no send-lifetime {start-time | local start-time} {duration seconds | end-time | infinite}
Time to start. hh:mm:ss is the time format. The range is from 0 to 23: 0 and
from 59: 0 to 59. The maximum size is 8 alphanumeric characters.
Specifies the time in the local time zone. hh:mm:ss is the time format.
Sets the send lifetime duration as follows:
Seconds. The range is from 1 to 2147483646 seconds.
Time to stop.
Allows the send lifetime period to never expire.

This command was introduced.
Enter the number of days from 1 to 31.
Enter the name of the month.
Enter the year from 1993 to 2035.
