Bit 64 ... Bit 95: P04.22

Function
Reserved for later expansion of the functionality of the safety module,
always zero.
Returned virtual output signals VOUT (status signals of the safety func­
tions, common messages).
This means that they can be linked logically with the input signals.
Logical status of the digital inputs DIN40...DIN49, as well as the output
signals of the logic functions and some auxiliary statuses.
