3.2.2
Functional earth
If you are using a screened connecting cable [X40]:
Keep the unscreened part of the cable as short as possible ( 50 mm), use a short earthing strip with a
6.3 mm flat plug for the screen connection.
Connect the flat plug for the screen connection to the connection for functional earth provided
(è Fig. 2.1 in Section 2.1.4, Connection 7 ).

Connection [X40]
The safety module CAMC-G-S3 has a combined interface for control and acknowledgement via the plug
connector [X40].

The counterplug set, consisting of counterplugs for X40A and X40B can also be ordered
