Engine Stop Solenoid - Ezgo 1600xd Repair Manual

• Circuit test:
Disconnect the glow plug connector and connect
the positive test lead to the wiring connector termi-
nal (red with black stripe) and negative test lead to
the body. Check that the voltage is 12 V when the
ignition switch is in the "HEAT" position (manual
preheating condition).

5.6 ENGINE STOP SOLENOID

Wiring connector
The engine stop solenoid is installed on the engine
gear case.
The resistance of the engine stop solenoid should be
measured when the wiring connector is disconnected.
