5.6 SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

1. Unscrew the strut mounting bolts (1) (M8, 2 EA) with
the 14 mm and 12 mm spanners and remove the
strut assembly.
2. Set the rear suspension spring length A to be 290 ±
3 mm (11.42 ± 0.12 in.) during assembly.
3. Unscrew the upper and lower mounting bolts (1)
(M10, 2 EA) for the stabilizer bar to remove the
step bar (2), mounting cushion (3) and plain washer
(4).

4. When assembling the rear suspension, tighten
each tightening section to the specified torque.
①. 41 Nm, 4.1 kgf-m, 29.5 lb-ft
②. 21 ~ 25 Nm, 2.1 ~ 2.5 kgf-m, 15.1 ~ 18.0 lb-ft
③. 68 Nm, 6.8 kgf-m, 49.0 lb-ft
