5.8 SAFETY START SWITCH

The safety start switch is installed to the front of the
shift selector lever in the main instrument panel.
This switch is installed to prevent the engine from start-
ing when the shift lever is not in the neutral position.
• N.C (Normal Closed) Type
It means that it is normally closed (ON), but it is
open (OFF) when the contact point is pressed.
