TRANSMISSION - DISASSEMBLY, SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY

5.3 AXLE DRIVE SHAFT DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

1. Unscrew the front wheel drive cover mounting bolts
(1), (M8, 8 EA) using the 12 mm socket wrench to
remove the front wheel drive cover.
2. Remove the front wheel drive shaft and rear wheel
drive shaft together while pulling the front wheel
drive lock fork upward.

3. Disconnect the silent chain and disassemble the
rear wheel drive shaft and front wheel drive shaft.
