3. Loosen the bleeding screw (2) on the engine cool-
ant fl ange cover. Then, add the coolant through
the radiator fi ller hole until the coolant fl ows out.
4. When the coolant overfl ows the bleeding screw,
turn the bleeding screw to lock it. Then, squeeze
the coolant hose (1) on top of the radiator 3 to 5
times to remove air in the hose. When the cool-
ant reaches the radiator reference level, close
and lock the fi ller cap.
5. Fill the reservoir tank (1) with the coolant up to
the reference level.

CAUTION
• Make sure that the coolant is not hot before
opening the radiator fi ller cap.
IMPORTANT
• The coolant mixture ratio of water to anti-freeze
should be 50:50. When adding the coolant, pour
it slowly.
• When installing the cylinder block drain plug,
apply sealant to the thread of the plug.
