Idle Gear Shaft, Oil Pump And Oil Pan - Ezgo 1600xd Repair Manual

6.2.6 IDLE GEAR SHAFT, OIL PUMP AND OIL PAN

1. Unscrew the three idle gear shaft mounting bolts
(M6, 1), one oil pump gear mounting nut (M10, 2)
and four oil pump mounting bolts (M6, 3). Then,
remove the idle gear shaft, oil pump gear and oil
pump in order. (14mm, 10mm)
Idle gear shaft mounting bolt
(M6) tightening torque ....7.8 ~ 9.8 Nm
Oil pump mounting bolt
(M6) tightening torque ....9.8 ~ 11.8 Nm
2. Unscrew the 18 oil pan mounting bolts (M6, 1) to
remove the oil pan. (10mm)

3. Unscrew the one engine oil filter 1 mounting bolt
(M8, 1) to remove the engine oil fi lter 1 (2). (12mm)
