BRAKE - TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
• Excessively worn brake disc or pad
• Damaged brake link
• Damaged brake fl uid tube
• Improperly adjusted brake free play
• Excessively worn brake disc or plate
• Damaged brake fl uid tube
• Worn or hardened brake disc lining
• Insuffi cient brake fl uid, air in fl uid
• Loose brake pedal return spring
Solution
• Replace the part.
• Replace the part.
• Check and replace the tube line.
• Adjust the free play.
• Replace the part.
• Check the brake fl uid circulating system.
• Replace the part.
• Add the fl uid and bleed the system.
• Replace the return spring.
