Perform an SFM Swap Test

To verify SFM failure by checking the SFM connection.
To check the SFM connection, make sure that it is properly seated in the midplane. Check
the thumbscrews on the ejector locking tabs.

user@host> request chassis sfm slot 0 restart

the command output indicates to use the
SFM has been restarted. The SFM status information shows that the SFM is ready and
that the status values are 0 for approximately 5 seconds until the SFM is active.
