conformed-action
For IP and IPv6 rate-limit profiles:
Syntax
[ no ] conformed-action { drop | transmit | mark markVal }
For L2TP rate-limit profiles:
[ no ] conformed-action { drop | transmit }
For MPLS rate-limit profiles:
[ no ] conformed-action { drop | transmit | mark-exp expValue }
For hierarchical rate-limit profiles:
[ no ] conformed-action { drop | transmit [ conditional | unconditional | final ] }
Command introduced before JUNOSe Release 7.1.0.

Sets the action for packets not conforming to the committed rate and committed
Description
burst size, but conforming to the peak rate and peak burst size for a rate-limit profile.
The no version restores the value to the default value, drop.

drop Drops the packet
transmit Transmits the packet; for hierarchical rate limits:
conditional Packets must pass the next rate limit
unconditional Packets take resources, but are not affected by the rest of
the hierarchy
final Packets exit the hierarchy at rate limit
markVal Value in the range 0–255
expValue EXP bit value in the range 0–7
