Specifies a cost for the default summary route sent into a stub area. A stub area is

an OSPF area that carries a default route, intra-area routes, and interarea routes, but
does not carry external routes. You cannot configure virtual links across a stub area.
Stub areas cannot contain an AS boundary router. The no version removes the
configured default route cost.
