Creates/delete a DHCP pool
create dhcp pool <pool_name 12>
delete dhcp pool [<pool_name 12> | all]
You must create a DHCP pool by specifying a name. After you create
a DHCP pool, use other DHCP pool configuration command to
configure parameters for the pool.
<pool_name 12> - Pool's name.
Only Administrator or Operator-level users can issue this command.
