Stop all motion on the path where the vehicle having a lubricator replaced or installed
is located.
2.
If the lubricator under the precision rail vehicle is being replaced, remove the existing
lubricator.
3.
Locate the new lubricator under the precision rail vehicle between either the eccentric
bearings or concentric bearings using the two corresponding screw holes as shown in
Figure
7-41. Make sure that the felt end of the lubricator is facing toward the rail loca-
tion. Secure the lubricator by inserting two M3 x 8 mm screws and tighten finger-tight
only. Do not overtighten the screws or they can strip the holes on the lubricators.

Apply lubricant to the felt applicator, see
cles on page
5.
Return the MM LITE transport system to normal operation.
