Required Tools and Equipment
• 700-1585-00 – Kit, ML Puck Wear Surfaces Replacement. Contains:
• 700-1587-00 – Kit, ML Puck Wear Surfaces Replacement, Complete (2X).
• Screw, Shoulder, Skt, Ø5 mm X 6 mm Long, M4 Thread (2X).
• Washer, Spring, Belleville, for 0.190" /M5, Acetal (2X).
• Replace Glide Puck Wear Surfaces
• Linkage Plate Assembly, Plastic, ML High Payload Puck, Tandem.
• Fixture, Tandem Linkage Plate Installation.
• Torque wrench.
• Loctite 243, Thread locker Anaerobic Adhesive, Blue.
• Isopropyl Alcohol.

Disassemble Tandem Puck Assembly

1. Remove the tandem glide puck from the MagneMover LITE transport system (see
