Is any foreign substance like
filament jointing the Grid Plate to
Drum?

Is the LED Head dirty?

Is the Transfer/Separation Corona
dirty?

Is there any foreign substance
around the Fuser Entrance, which
may possibly scratch unfused
image side of printing media?

Is there any vertical scratch on
the Drum of which location is just
the same as the location of white
line on the print?

Can the issue be fixed by
replacing the LED Head?

Can the issue be fixed if a newly
unpacked media is used?

If the voids appear on the same
printed sheet repeatedly from LE
to TE having constant interval,
measure the interval between
voids. Is the interval about
173mm?

Do the voids randomly appear on
the same printed sheet?

If the voids appear on the same
printed sheet repeatedly from LE
to TE having constant interval,
measure the interval between
voids. Is the interval about
565mm?

1. Take cleaning for the LED Head
pressing [EXP CLEAN] Key.
2. Check if the Pad Ass'y 2 of LED
Head is dirty or its life is ended.

Housing. Replace the Corona Wire if
