The Right span is calculated as follows:
(<maximum span>/2) – (<center segment span>/2) - <first

Where <maximum span> is the maximum frequency span of
the instrument (3 GHz or 6 GHz)
The Limit Mask SCPI command syntax uses:
The keyword "LEFT" to define the level and span for the second
segment to the Left of the center segment.
The keyword "RIGHt" to define the level and span for the
second segment to the Right of the center segment.
