Sets the reference level value used for amplitude measurements. In the Two Port Insertion
Loss measurement, this Reference Level represents insertion loss in dB.
Changing the value of the reference level changes the Insertion loss level of the top
graticule line. The reference level (in selected amplitude units) can be set with the step
keys, knob, or numeric keypad.
