restarts the current sweep, or measurement, or set of averaged/held

measurement and initiates a new data measurement sequence with a new data acquisition
(sweep) taken once the trigger condition is met.

Points
Sets the number of points per sweep, from 2 to 1001. The default setting is 401 points.
Increasing the number of sweep points increases frequency resolution and accuracy but
reduces measurement speed. The current value of points is displayed next to the sweep
time in the lower-right corner of the display.
Changing the number of points has several effects on the analyzer. Since markers are read
at the point location, the marker reading may change. Trace data for all traces is cleared. If
sweep is set to Cont, a new sweep begins immediately. If any trace is in average or hold,
the averaging starts over. If limit masks are set to On, the limit masks are updated.
In addition to sweep points, the span, resolution bandwidth, average detection and center
frequency will also affect measurement speed.
