1.4 In case of damage in transit
Have the shipping agent confirm the damage
Keep the packaging materials for inspection
Notify the sender of the damage
Contact the distributor or machine manufacturer for replacement parts
If damage occurred during transit:
Keep the packaging materials for inspection
Contact HEIDENHAIN or the machine manufacturer
This applies also if damage occurred to requested replacement parts
during transit.
