Logging in for the application example

User login
For the application example, the Operator user must log in.

Requirements

Use a manually operated lathe to machine the stud bolt. The following dimensioned
technical drawing is available for the stud bolt:

The lathe is switched on
A workpiece blank with Ø 12 mm is clamped into the lathe
Product
The axes are referenced

Tap User login in the main menu
If required, log out the user who is currently logged in
Select the Operator user
Tap the Password input field
Enter the password "operator"
If a password other than the default password has
been assigned to the user, ask a Setup or OEM user for
the assigned password.
If the password is no longer known, contact a
HEIDENHAIN service agency.
Confirm entry with RET
Tap Log in
