Configuring special functions
On the OEM bar, you can define menu items that control special functions of the
connected machine tool.
The available functions depend on the configuration of the device and of
the connected machine tool.
Settings ► Service ► OEM area ► OEM bar ► Bar items ► Special functions

Selecting the desired special function
Settings:
Thread cutting
Spindle direction
Coolant
Coolant during spindle operation
Clamp axes
Remove axes from control
Zero the tool axis
Start central drive
Default value: Thread cutting
Only with Start central drive function:
Selecting the traverse direction (positive or negative)
If a unipolar motor without direction enabling was assigned to the
drive, the direction cannot be set here
Only with Clamp axes and Remove axes from control function:
Select the axes that are to be clamped or removed from closed-
loop control
Multiple selection is possible
Only with Spindle direction function:

Selecting the desired image for clockwise spindle rotation
