5 - Removal and Re-installation
5) Re-install the card stock hoppers and undo any other preparation steps from section 5.1.
6) Leave the top access door open and use the key to lock it.
7) Close the top access door and pull up and side to side to make sure the latch holds it firmly locked.
8) Use the key to unlock the top access door and make sure it unlocks and opens smoothly, then close it
again and make sure it closes smoothly and stays firmly closed.
9) Power on the device.
10) If the customer has the touchscreen top access door unlock feature enabled, use the touchscreen to test
the top latch solenoid using
11) Create some sample cards and make sure the hopper shuttle does not catch on the cables below it.
