7. Select Save to download the file to your PC.
The file has the format <product name_CS_Package_<product name IP Address >
_<date and time of download > .zip
8. Access the XT Series web interface, as described in
9. From the XT Series web interface, select Diagnostics > Utilities > Customer Support
Package.
10. Select Create.
11. Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
12. Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
13. Send the file to your customer support representative.
