3. Select one of the following:
Option
Capture full
Package
Capture last X
minutes
4. Select Create.
5. Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
6. Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
When downloading an existing log package file, the system displays an alert and prompts
the user to create a new file if the existing file is outdated. A file is considered outdated if it
is older than two hours.
7. Send the file to your customer support representative.

Description
Select to capture all log events.
Select to filter the log events to show only those events which have happened
in the last X minutes. Enter a range of minutes between 1–999. The customer
support package file name is appended with filteredxxx with xxx being the
number of minutes.
Note:
When the filtering option is active, the creation of a customer support
package is a few minutes slower, depending on the log contents.
