Troubleshooting the Avaya Scopia
• Check the settings on the third party monitor. These settings vary depending on the monitor
vendor and model. These are the most relevant things to check:
- The monitor vendor and model should be identical.
- The graphic settings, such as backlighting, contrast, sharpness, and color should be
identical and ideally they should be the default values.
- The movie or cinema mode should be used and not the gaming mode.
- Cropping or resizing of the content on the monitors should be disabled.
- Any dynamic gain or smart management of the image should be disabled.

you can run a test. You can use the test image to finely tune monitor colors and aspect ratio using
the remote control of the monitor provided by the vendor, according to the monitor available
options.
Solution
1. Navigate to Configure > System Status > Diagnostics > I/O Connections > Monitor >
