Accessing XT Series Onsite

EASG site certificates are used by the onsite Avaya technicians who do not have access to the
Avaya network to generate a response to the EASG challenge. The technician will generate and
provide the EASG site certificate to the customer. The customer loads this EASG site certificate on
each server to which the customer has granted the technician access. The EASG site certificate
will only allow access to systems on which it has been installed, and will only allow access to the
given Avaya technician and cannot be used by anyone else to access the system including other
Avaya technicians. Once this is done, the technician logs in with the EASG challenge/response.
