DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
• Luggage upper box can be removed/installed
with the luggage lower box is installed in the
frame.
Remove the screws and luggage upper box from
the luggage lower box.
Remove the screw and helmet wire cover by releas-
ing its groove from the luggage lower box tab.
Remove the screw and open the starter relay cover.
Remove the wire band and starter relay switch from
the fuse box cover.
Remove the screws and fuse/relay box.
Remove the tab of the lower side fuse box cover
from the frame groove.
Remove the fuse box cover.
Assembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
TORQUE:
Luggage upper box screw:
1.0 N·m (0.1 kgf·m, 0.7 lbf·ft)
