Apply sealant to the alternator wire grommet seat-
ing surface and install the grommet to the groove of
the crankcase cover securely.
Install the CKP sensor and bolts.
Tighten the bolts securely.
Install the right crankcase cover (page 13-5).
FLYWHEEL/STARTER CLUTCH
REMOVAL
Remove the right crankcase cover (page 13-4).
Remove the bolt and starter driven gear guide.
Hold the flywheel with a special tool and loosen the
flywheel bolt.
TOOL:
Flywheel holder
Remove the special tool, bolt and washer.
Screw the flywheel bolt in until its threads are not
visible, then install a special tool.
TOOL:
Flywheel puller
• Do not tighten the flywheel bolt.
