REAR WHEEL/PARKING BRAKE/SUSPENSION
Install the return spring by installing its end into the
hole on the swingarm.
Hook the return spring hook to the parking brake
arm and install the parking brake arm to the brake
cam by aligning the punch marks.
Install the parking brake arm bolt, and tighten it to
the specified torque.
TORQUE: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7 lbf·ft)
If the brake shoes are reused, they must be placed
back in their original locations.
Install the shoe springs onto the brake shoes as
shown.
Install the brake shoes onto the brake cam and
anchor pin by spreading the brake shoes.
Apply grease to a new dust seal lips.
Install the side collar into the swingarm dust seal.
