CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Remove the bolts and O
hose stay.
Remove the insulator.
Disconnect the water hose from the cylinder head.
Loosen the cylinder bolts.
Remove the cylinder head 6 mm bolts.
Remove the cylinder head 9 mm bolt/washers.
Remove the cylinder head.
• Do not strike the cylinder head too hard and do
not damage the mating surface with a any tool
used for leverage.
• Be careful not to damage the mating surface.
Remove the gasket and dowel pins.
