Disconnect the sub-harness connector.
– NSS250S: Sub-harness 4P (Black) connector
– NSS250A: Sub-harness 10P (Black) connector
Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor 2P (Orange)
NSS250A:
connector.
Uncover the terminal cover.
Remove the nut and starter motor cable.
Remove the bolts and disconnect the ground
cables.
Disconnect the injector 2P (Gray) and O
(Black) connectors.
Remove the bolt and fuel hose stay.
Disconnect the following:
– Sensor unit 5P (Black) connector
– IACV 4P (Black) connector
– ECT sensor 3P (Gray) connector
Disconnect the ratio control motor 2P (Black) con-
NSS250A:
nector.
Disconnect the throttle cables.
Release the cables and harness from the stays.
