FUEL SYSTEM (PGM-FI)
Check the continuity between the PCM/ECM 33P
(Black) connector and ground.
TOOL:
Test probe
CONNECTION: Brown – Ground
If there is continuity, check the White wire for short
circuit between the combination meter and PCM/
ECM.
• If the MIL comes on, replace the combination
meter with a known good one, and recheck.
MIL and DLC circuit inspection with test harness
Connect the test harness to the PCM/ECM 33P
(Black) connector (page 6-17).
Check the continuity between the test harness and
ground.
CONNECTION:
NSS250S: 15 – Ground
NSS250A: 25 – Ground
If there is continuity, check the White wire for short
circuit between the combination meter and PCM/
ECM.
• If the MIL comes on, replace the combination
meter with a known good one, and recheck.
