ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Route the cables and harness to the stay.
Connect the throttle cables.
Connect the following:
– Sensor unit 5P (Black) connector
– IACV 4P (Black) connector
– ECT sensor 3P (Gray) connector
Connect the ratio control motor 2P (Black) connec-

Install the fuel hose stay and tighten the bolt.
Connect the injector 2P (Gray) and O
(Black) connectors.
Install the ground cables and tighten the bolts.
Connect the starter motor cable and tighten the ter-
minal nut.
Cover the terminal cover.
Connect the rear wheel speed sensor 2P (Orange)
NSS250A:
connector.
Connect the sub-harness connector.
– NSS250S: Sub-harness 4P (Black) connector
– NSS250A: Sub-harness 10P (Black) connector
