REPLACEMENT/AIR BLEEDING
Support the scooter on its center stand.
Remove the following:
The engine must be
cool before
– Floor mat (page 3-8)
removing the
– Radiator cap (page 7-5)
cooling system.
– Left floor skirt (page 3-9)
Drain the coolant from the system by removing the
drain bolt, sealing washer and radiator cap.
Disconnect the lower radiator hose and completely
drain the residual coolant.
Remove the reserve tank maintenance lid.
Open the tank cap and drain the coolant from the
system.
Disconnect the radiator hoses and completely drain
the residual coolant.
Connect the radiator hoses to the radiator.
Install a new sealing washer and bolt.
Tighten the drain bolt securely.
