WHEEL ASSEMBLY
Install the brake disc onto the wheel hub with the
stamp facing out.
Install new socket bolts and tighten them to the
specified torque.
TORQUE: 42 N·m (4.3 kgf·m, 31 lbf·ft)
Install the rear pulser ring (page 18-28).
NSS250A:
INSTALLATION
Install the rear wheel onto the final gear shaft, align-
ing the spline.
Install the parking brake drum onto the final gear
shaft, aligning the spline.
Fill the final gear shaft 3 mm ground with 0.030 –
0.040 g (0.0011 – 0.0014 oz) minimum of grease.
Apply grease to the final gear shaft φ 17 bearing roll-
ing area.
Install the swingarm and tighten the swingarm
mounting bolts to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 49 N·m (5.0 kgf·m, 36 lbf·ft)
Loosely install the rear axle nut.
Set the right shock absorber and tighten the shock
absorber lower mounting bolt to the specified
torque.
TORQUE: 39 N·m (4.0 kgf·m, 29 lbf·ft)
