FRONT LOWER STRUCTURE
Radiator mounting cross member: Removal - Refitting
a Remove the radiator mounting cross member tie-rod
bolts (5) .
a Remove:
- the radiator mounting cross member bolts (6) ,
- the radiator mounting cross member,
- the radiator elastic studs when replacing the radia-
tor mounting cross member.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Refit the radiator elastic studs.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
- the radiator mounting cross member,
- the radiator mounting cross member bolts,
- the radiator mounting cross member tie-rod bolts.
a Tighten:
- the radiator mounting cross member bolts,

- the radiator mounting cross member tie-rod bolts.
a Remove the cooling system from the engine and
transmission assembly.
a Refit the cooling system in the elastic studs.
III - FINAL OPERATION.
F4R
a Refit the bolts on the electric vacuum pump mount-
ing.
a Torque tighten the electric vacuum pump mount-
ing bolts (21 N.m).

a Refit:
- the pump assembly return pipe mounting,
- the pump assembly return pipe mounting bolt.
a Clip the pump assembly return pipe onto the radiator
mounting cross member.
