Type Access Description
U32 RO The device type specifies the kind of
device. The lower 16 bits contain the
device profile number and the upper 16
bits additional information depending on
the profile.
RO The error register is a field of 8 bits, each
for a certain error type. If an error occurs
the bit is set.
Bit Meaning
0 generic error, always set on error
1 current
2 voltage
3 temperature
4 communication error (overrun, error
state)
5 device profile specific
6 reserved
7 manufacturer specific
U8 RW This object holds errors that have
occurred on the device and have been
signaled via Emergency Object.
U32 RO
The most recent error is at sub-index 1.
When a new error occurs, the previous
U32 RO
errors move down the list. See
tracing
meaning of error codes. Writing 0 to sub
U32 RO
index 0 deletes the entire error history.
U32 RO
NOTE: Only sub-indices up to 1001h:0h
(Number of Errors) can be read. E.g. if
U32 RO
Number of Errors is 2, reading 1001h:2h is
possible, but attempting to read 1001h:3h
U32 RW causes an SDO abort.
Visible Const Contains the device name.

Visible RW Contains the device software version.

U6 RW This entry contains the guard time in ms.
The value 0 means, that the guard time is
not used.
U8 RW The life time factor multiplied with the
guard time gives the life time for the
device.
If it is 0, it is not used.
