19.3.1.9 Line Control Register

LCTRL_H is the Line Control Register. The active bits used in this register are Read/Write.
This register accesses bits [29:22] of the UART LCTRL Register (see Section 19.3.1.4).
The contents of the LCTRL_H Register are not updated until transmission or reception of
the current character is complete. Table 19-16 is a truth table for the SPS, EPS, and PEN
bits of the LCTRL_H Register.
