In order to enable advanced features, such as advanced routing protocols, you must purchase and
activate a license key. If you have purchased a license, you can proceed to activate your license as
described in this section. If you wish to purchase a license, contact the Enterasys Networks Sales
Department.

When an advanced license is available, use this command to activate licensed features. If this is
available on your SecureStack C2 switch, a unique license key will display in the show license
command output.

license advanced activation-key

Global configuration: router(Config)#
Activating Licensed Features
Specifies your unique 16‐digit hexadecimal advanced licensing key.
Note: When available, the licensing key will display at the top of the show running-
