Cause
A
Load inertia high and motor speed too high
B
Load exceeds capacity of regenerative unit
C
Servomotor speed too high
D
Servopack defective
E
Input voltage too high
F
Circuit board (1PWB) defective.
Check and correct wiring. (Check A-, B-,
C-phase pulses correct at 2CN.)
C h
Increase speed loop gain (Cn-04) and/or
position loop gain (Cn-1A).
Reduce load torque and inertia. Otherwise,
replace with larger capacity servomotor.
• Decrease reference pulse frequency.
• Use smoothing function.
• Change electronic gear ratio.
Replace Servopack.
