There is NO NEED to check all 17 valves! Check ONLY the valve as

NOTED in the procedure that brought you here!!

TSV- 1.0.0 CHECK DISTRIBUTION BOARD CONNECTIONS

Per the Figure below

b) TWO (2) checks to ENSURE:
Check #1: The ACTUATOR CABLE is plugged in SECURELY AND is not damaged!
Check #2: The NOTED valve is plugged PROPERLY into its position. If not, this most likely is the
problem!
c) Before continuing to procedure number
