45 Connect the SDI cable:
• Connect the end previously connected to the QPC687 CPU card to
the connector on the NTND02 MSPS faceplate.
• Connect the other end of the cable to the I/O panel.
Note: If both SDI ports are configured, connect the input connector of
an NTND37 Dual SDI cable to the SDI cable at the I/O panel. This cable
provides two connectors, one for each port.
46 Set the ENB/DIS switch on the NTND02 MSPS card to ENB.
Note: Before you power up the system, review the installation steps and
verify that all cards are in the appropriate card slots, enabled, and
properly cabled.
47 Power up the system by switching the power supply circuit breaker to
ON. The system will automatically begin a sysload. System messages
similar to the following will appear:
