Upgrade system installation through x11 release 21

Meridian 1 option 51 upgrades

553-3001-250 Standard 14.00 August 1996

Move the network cards from the option 51 to the network card slots

previously defined.

Configure I/O devices to reflect the current configuration.

Reenter customer data blocks. System options and features must

reflect the current configuration.

Configure station data blocks.

Configure route data blocks.

Configure trunk data blocks.

Configure remaining system configuration records.

Verify system operation before adding new equipment.

Configure new equipment and functions, if any.

32 Verify the system by using test procedures described in Meridian 1

system installation procedures (553-3001-210) and X11 input/output

guide (553-3001-400). Clear any faults discovered during testing.

33 Perform the postconversion procedure as outlined in Software

conversion procedures (553-2001-320).

The option 61C X11 release 21 system is now operational. Install all module

covers to complete the upgrade.
