When the main menu appears, select the following options:

Remove any diskettes from the floppy drive, and type

When you have rebooted the system, proceed with step 13.

Log into the system.

Load the Equipment Data Dump Program (LD 43). At the prompt, enter
LD 43
Do not exit LD 43. When "EDD000" appears on the terminal, proceed to
the next step.

Set the ENB/DIS switch on the NT5D20 IOP/CMDU card in Core 1 to
DIS and remove the card. Replace the QMM42 cartridge for release 19
software with the QMM42 cartridge for release 21 software. Reinstall
and enable the card.
Note: Wait for 30 seconds until system messages indicate that the
IOP/CMDU card has been successfully enabled before proceeding to the
next step.
10 Insert a B1 disk (from the release 20 disk set) titled "DATABASE
BACKUP DISK" into the floppy drive in the IOP/CMDU in Core 1.
11 Perform a data dump. At the prompt, enter
EDD
When "DATABASE BACKUP COMPLETE" or "DATADUMP
COMPLETE" appears on the terminal, proceed to the next step.
If the data dump is not successful, do not continue; contact your
technical support organization. A data dump problem must be
corrected before proceeding.
