Meridian 1 option 21 upgrades

To activate the Software Installation Tool, insert disk 1 (from the
release 21 disk set) from the software upgrade package into the
NT5D20 IOP/CMDU in Core/Net 1.
Press the MAN RST button on the NT6D66 CP card in Core/Net 1.
Select the following options in sequence, and insert the customer
database diskette (from the steps above) when you are prompted to
do so:

Follow all screen directions until the software, database, CP-ROM,
and IOP/CMDU-ROM installations are complete.
When the main menu appears, select the following options:

Remove any diskettes from the floppy drive, and type

When you have rebooted the system, proceed with the next step.
12 After the system initializes, set the ENB/DIS switch to ENB on the
NT6D65 CNI card in Core/Net 0.
13 On the NT6D66 CP card in Core/Net 0, press and release the MAN RST
button. When "SYS700" messages appear on the LCD display, set the
NORM/MAINT switch to NORM. Within 60 seconds, the following
messages will appear on the LCD display:
RUNNING ROM OS
ENTERING CP VOTE
Within 10 minutes, an HWI533 message from the Core/Net 1 CPSI port
indicates the Core 0 memory is shadowed to the Core 1 memory. Wait
until the memory synchronization is complete before continuing.
Note: If all network loops corresponding to a CNI port are not enabled,
the LED for that port may not go out.
